HATHA YOGA - This class is a well-balanced, all level and beginner friendly yoga class incorporating alignment based, Iyengar-inspired yoga postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Hatha yoga is taught at a steady pace, giving you time to truly experience each posture in it's own. It is designed to create space and strength in the mind and body and will leave the practitioner feeling strong and peaceful.

GENTLE YOGA
This class is designed for those looking for a slightly softer, more nurturing, Hatha yoga class. We will work through pranayama (breathwork), gentle standing, seated, and reclined yoga postures, and meditation. This class combines elements of a traditional hatha class and a restorative class and is suitable for all levels of students, including those with injuries.

In the dynamic yoga flow practice, students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. You can expect to flow through and explore a range of yoga postures, breathwork techniques and meditation with options given for you to customise your practice. CANDLELIT YIN YOGA
Experience serenity and restoration by candlight as you explore your multidimensional capacities for healing by deeply feeling, listening, sensing, and making space in the mind, body, and soul through the Yin Yoga practice. Yin yoga is a very slow and supportive yoga practice that incorporates elements of traditional Chinese medicine with asana in order to target meridians within the body to promote healing and balance within the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Practitioners can except to spend several minutes in each gentle posture, as well as time spent in meditation and breathwork. *This class is recommended to those looking for deep relaxation and a luxurious, gentle, meditation focused practice*
PILATES
MAT PILATES
Strengthen and invigorate yourself through a powerful, energetic Pilates practice. We will begin with fundamentals and build up our practice over 9 weeks. Students will work through a full body combination of classical and contemporary mat Pilates exercises while staying connected to their breath. A yoga inspired stretch and cool down follows the strength work. Practitioners can expect do low impact Pilates exercises that target the core, arms, legs, hips, glutes, and back. This class is upbeat and challenging (in a fun way!) and will leave the practitioner feeling strong, open, and balanced. *Perfect all levels of practitioners looking for a challenging, strength building and toning practice. Lean into the burn! *
PRIVATE/CORPORATE SESSIONS
PRIVATE YOGA OR PILATES SESSION
A one to one yoga or Pilates session is a great option for students with disabilities, injuries, beginners, or someone just looking to advance their practice. These sessions are tailor made to work towards the student's unique needs and goals and allows space for questions and specific adjustments in a judgement free zone.
Private groups and corporate bookings may also be made.
