Restorative yoga is a slow and nurturing practice that uses supportive props and simple, gentle postures to encourage deep relaxation and healing. Gentle, mindful movement is incorporated at the beginning of this practice to help release tension and prepare the body for deeper rest. This approach focuses on calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and promoting balance in the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Practitioners can expect to incorporate elements of mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork to cultivate a profound sense of ease and well-being. Sessions conclude with a guided meditation to deepen relaxation and foster a sense of inner peace.

PILATES

MAT PILATES

Strengthen and  invigorate  yourself through a powerful, energetic Pilates practice.  We will begin with fundamentals and build up our practice over 9 weeks. Students will work through a full body combination of classical and contemporary mat Pilates exercises while staying connected to their breath. A yoga inspired stretch and cool down follows the strength work. Practitioners can expect do low impact Pilates exercises that target the core, arms, legs, hips, glutes, and back. This class is upbeat and challenging (in a fun way!) and will leave the practitioner feeling strong, open, and  balanced. *Perfect all levels of practitioners looking for a challenging, strength building and toning practice. Lean into the burn! *
