    • Thank you for your understanding of our T's and C's and great support of our small, local, family run business. 

      By Purchasing This Class Block, I agree to the Terms and Conditions:

      -Through this purchase, you are entitled to 5 classes over Term 4 Block dates. It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange make up classes with the studio.  Classes will expire after Term 4 ends on 11 December 2024 and are non-transferrable. 

      -No Refunds once purchased.

      -Classes may be transferred to someone else if original user is unable to use them. The classes must be used in original time frame and cannot be transferred to other terms. 

      -If classes need to be cancelled or changed due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as instructor illness) the following protocol will be used: 1. All attempts will be made to find a substitute instructor to take over the class. 2. If substitute is unavailable, the class will be rescheduled to be made up the week after the term is set to finish with a maximum of two week push out. 

      -Any changes to class will be emailed and texted to you as soon as possible. 

      -It is purchasers responsibility to inform instructor of any medical needs or changes, including pregnancy and allergies. This information will be held in confidence and shared only with instructors that will be guiding purchaser.
