By Purchasing This Class Block, I agree to the Terms and Conditions:
-Through this purchase, you are entitled to 9 classes over Term 3 Block dates. If you are unable to make a class, you are welcome to make it up in another class of your choice over Term 3. It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange make up classes with the studio.
-No Refunds once purchased.
-Classes may be transferred to someone else if original user is unable to use them. The classes must be used in original time frame and cannot be transferred to other terms.
-If classes need to be cancelled or changed due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as instructor illness) the following protocol will be used: 1. All attempts will be made to find a substitute instructor to take over the class. 2. If substitute is unavailable, the class will be rescheduled to be made up the week after the term is set to finish with a maximum pushout of two weeks.
-Any changes to class will be emailed and texted to you as soon as possible.
-It is purchasers responsibility to inform instructor of any medical needs or changes, including pregnancy and allergies. This information will be held in confidence and shared only with instructors that will be guiding purchaser.
